Terms & Conditions
I. PAYMENT
a. Terms of Payment - the CLIENT agrees to abide by the following terms of payment:
2,000 reservation fee
20% of the remaining on prenup day
80% of the remaining on event day (Full Payment)
b. In the event of cancellation, all deposits paid by the CLIENT to the STUDIO will be considered non-refundable and will be considered liquidated damages to the STUDIO in terms of loss of profit.
c. All payments is non transferable.
II. PHOTOGRAPHIC STYLE
The CLIENT hereby agrees that the STUDIO, as represented by the main photographer, dictates the overall style of the shooting. The CLIENT may suggest, up to a certain degree, the context or style of the shoot, without prejudice to the main photographer's vision. The photographer will use his/her skill, experience, and ability to achieve the CLIENT'S vision but this does not guarantee that the final result s will be exactly as the CLIENT'S envisions. Furthermore, the CLIENT also recognizes that photography is an art form - both subjective and variable.
The CLIENT also acknowledges that the success of the shoot will be facilitated by good communication and proper coordination. The CLIENT understands that it is their responsibility to allow and schedule sufficient time for the successful documentation of the event.
The STUDIO will not be held responsible for shots not made due to lack of CLIENT'S preparation, wrong information, miscommunication, church and venue restrictions, power failure, acts of nature, or any incident beyond the STUDIO'S control.
III. COPYRIGHT
Unless otherwise specified, the CLIENT grants the STUDIO unrestricted rights to use images, video, and audio resulting from this coverage as part of its portfolio, for entrance into competitions, publications, advertising, or any other purpose in any manner or medium that the STUDIO sees fit. The CLIENT hereby waives all claims to profits, whether direct or indirect, that may arise from the use of the images, video and audio.
IV. PERMITS, PASSES AND HOUSE RULES
The CLIENT agrees to handle, shoulder, and secure all required permits and passes from the church, venue, hotel, or other places and establishment that the coverage will take place wherever and whenever required. It is also the CLIENT'S responsibility to communicate all house rules and restrictions regarding the coverage to the STUDIO prior to the wedding/event date. The STUDIO crew will abide by such rules and regulation.
The CLIENT understands that the STUDIO crew is limited by such rules and regulations and agrees to accept the negative effects on the performance of photographer and videographer and on the images, video, and sound. Such negative effects can be, but not limited to, grainier images and videos, low fidelity and low volume sounds, limited shot selection and angles, limited composition and any other analogous to the above.
V. MEETINGS
Due to the limitation on its manpower, the STUDIO is unable to send a representative to attend pre-wedding meetings. The CLIENT may impart pertinent information or instructions about the wedding/event coverage to the STUDIO through the STUDIO's cellular phone, email address and facebook page.
VI. CHANGE OF DATE EVENT
The CLIENT may be allowed to change the date of event provided that the STUDIO is informed 8 months prior to the original date written in the contract and agreed by both parties. If the request for change of date is made in less than 8 months from the original date, a rescheduling fine of P2,000 will be imposed to the CLIENT to cover the loss of income on the old date.
If the new date is no longer available, the customer may opt for a different date or may cancel the booking entirely. However all deposits made cannot be refunded (Sec I.b).
VII. PRE-NUPTIAL/ENGAGEMENT PHOTO SESSION
a. Schedule of pre-nuptial shoot
Upon confirmation of the booking and payment of reservation, the CLIENT may schedule the pre-nuptial photo shoot. The STUDIO recommends that the shoot be scheduled 60 days prior to the wedding date to allow sufficient time for the proper production of resulting material.
The pre-nuptial photoshoot is good for a duration of 3-4hours only excluding travel time. This will cover a maximum of 3 sets of wardrobe. If the CLIENT requires an extension of the photoshoot, a charge of P1,000 per hour will be imposed. Rules on permits and passes apply (Sec. IV)

Transportation provided by STUDIO Within Metro Manila Free
80km or below (Tagaytay, Laguna, Bulacan) - P2,000 - (1photographer, 1 light man)
81km and above (Batangas, Subic, Bataan) - P4,000-10,000 - (2 photographers, 1 light man, 1 driver/assistant)
*Meals, entrance fees, permits and accommodation (if applicable) shall be handled by the CLIENT.
b. Inclement Weather
When the crew and the CLIENT is already at the venue, the shoot will pursue even on inclement weather. However, most or all of the shoots will be done indoors. This is for the safety of the CLIENT, and to ensure that the equipments will still function on the wedding day. In case that there is a forecast of bad weather on the day of the shoot, the CLIENT may inform the STUDIO one day before the date to cancel and reschedule for another day (subject to availability in the pictorial schedule).
VIII. ARRIVAL OF THE COVERAGE TEAM ON THE WEDDING DAY
The coverage team will arrive at the preparation venue five (5) hours before the wedding ceremony. If the CLIENT requests the team to arrive at the preparation time earlier than 5 hours, overtime charge of P2,000 per hour will apply.
IX. CREW MEAL
The CLIENT agrees to shoulder the sustenance of the coverage team. This may be in the form of crew meal, inclusion of the whole team in the head count of the reception or by adding a meal allowance of P200/head for events in Metro Manila or P300/head for the events outside Metro Manila. In case of the meal allowance, the said amount shall be given to the STUDIO prior to the wedding date.
THE COVERAGE TEAM SHALL EAT DURING THE ON-SITE VIDEO SHOWING AND NOTE AFTER THE RECEPTION. UNLIKE OTHER WEDDING SUPPLIERS, THE PHOTOGRAPHY CREW MUST EAT AHEAD BECAUSE THEY ARE CARRYING HEAVY CAMERAS, LENSES, LIGHTNING EQUIPMENTS, ETC. FROM THE PREPARATION IN HOTEL, CHURCH, TO THE RECEPTION . TO PREVENT BLURRED SHOTS, THE PHOTGRAPHY CREW'S STRENGTH MUST BE SUSTAINED.
SHOULD THE CATERING SERVICE PROPOSED FOR A BUDGET MEAL, PLEASE CHECK THE CONTENT OF THEIR PROPOSED MEAL. THERE ARE CATERING SERVICES THAT CHARGE MORE THAN P400 PER HEAD FOR A DELICIOUS SOUNDING CREW MEAL OF 1/2 CUP OF RICE AND 3 SMALL SLICES OF MEAT AND ALMOST A CANDY PIECE OF DESSERT (THIS IS TRULY HAPPENING).
X. ON-SITE VIDEO EDITING
The STUDIO agrees that if the On-Site video presentation fails, 10% of the total amount of the package agreed, with on-site editing as an inclusion, shall be refunded to the CLIENT.
The STUDIO will not be responsible if On-Site presentation fails due to any untoward incident, acts of nature, power interruptions , or any other reasons beyond the STUDIO'S control.
XI. POST WEDDING ITEMS
A. USB Gallery of Photos will be available 7-10 days after the wedding.
B. Wedding Album
1. Lay-out of the wedding album will only start upon submission of the selected photos by the CLIENT. For a 10x12 album, selected photos must not exceed 140 photos. 8x10 album (120 photos)
2. Upon the CLIENT's submission of the selected photos, the STUDIO will provide & send the layout to the CLIENT for approval.
3. Excess selected photographs will be accommodated but it will be charged for additional pages. P1,000 per page.
4. Lay-out will be ready for checking and approval 30-60 days from the date the CLIENT submits the selected photos and design templates, 60-90 days for weddings celebrated on December and January.
5. To facilitate efficiency in delivering our projects, we only apply a one-time revision policy. The CLIENT must ensure that all requests for revision should be detailed in the request.
6. The parent album is scaled down copy of the main album. (if applicable)
7. The digital album and parent album(s) will be ready for pick-up 30-60 days from the date of the CLIENT finalizes or approves the lay-out.
C. Wedding Portrait
1. The CLIENT may choose one photograph from the selection of the shots to be used as the wedding portrait.
2. The wedding portrait will be available within two weeks from the date of the selection of the photograph, four to six weeks for wedding celebrated on December and January.
D. Edited Video
1. Full-edited video will be available 4months after the wedding date, five to six months for weddings of December and January.
2. Songs to be used for the video score should be submitted as a pre-wedding requirement since the editing of the video will be based on the score. If the songs are submitted after the wedding, the 4month countdown will commence on the date of the submission of the songs.
XII. MODELLING PICTORIAL
Modelling pictorial is done between church and reception. Make sure to provide 30 minutes to 1 hour modelling pictorial. The creative shots posted on our website is made possible because of the ample time provided to our photographers. Your wedding pictures might not look the same if you constrain the requested time. We do not allow modelling pictorial after the reception otherwise additional P2,000 for the overtime fee.
XII. EFFECTIVITY
In the event that any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid, void and unenforceable by the Philippine Courts or any other competent authority, the remaining balance of this agreement shall not be affected and will remain valid and enforceable as outlined in this agreement.
