I. PAYMENT

a. Payment Terms
To book us, a reservation fee of ₱5,000 is required. After that, 20% of the balance is due before the pre-wedding/pre-debut/pre-birthday shoot, and the rest is to be settled on the event day.

b. Cancellations
If you decide to cancel, please note that all payments made are non-refundable. These cover time and potential loss of bookings on your reserved date.

c. Non-transferable Payments
All payments made are non-transferable.

d. Guest Limit (for intimate packages only)
If your guest count goes beyond what was originally agreed on, extra charges may apply.

II. PHOTO & VIDEO STYLE

You're hiring BLISS PHOTOGRAPHY for our creative eye and style. While we're open to your suggestions, we retain creative direction during the shoot. We’ll do our best to match your vision, but final output may vary—photography is an art, after all.

To get the best results, smooth coordination and timing are key. We can’t be responsible for missed shots caused by delays, incorrect info, venue restrictions, or anything beyond our control (like weather or power issues).

III. COPYRIGHT

Unless requested otherwise, you’re giving us permission to use photos, videos, and audio from your event for our portfolio, social media, contests, and promotional materials. You won't receive compensation for any potential profits made from these uses.

IV. PERMITS, PASSES & VENUE RULES

You're responsible for securing permits, passes, and checking any venue rules ahead of time. Let us know of any restrictions before the event. Our team will always respect the venue's rules. Free aerial (drone) videos apply only to areas without restrictions. For restricted areas, an extra ₱8,000 applies.

We’re not liable for any limitations caused by these restrictions, such as fewer shot options or lower quality due to limited space or lighting.

V. MEETINGS

You can contact us anytime via phone, email, or Facebook for any instructions. We can also do online or in-person meetings if needed.

VI. EVENT DATE CHANGE

If you need to move your event date, let us know at least 8 months in advance. If you notify us less than 8 months before, there will be a ₱5,000 rescheduling fee.

If we’re unavailable on the new date, we can either reschedule to another date or cancel your booking. However, previous payments still won’t be refunded (see Section I.b).

VII. PRE-EVENT PHOTOSHOOT (Prenup/Pre-debut/etc.)

a. Scheduling
Once your booking is confirmed and reservation paid, we can schedule your shoot. We recommend doing it at least 60 days before your event for proper editing time. The shoot typically lasts 3-5 hours (excluding travel) and covers up to 3 outfit changes. Need more time? It's ₱2,000/hour extra.

b. Travel & Location Fees

Metro Manila (excluding Alabang, Las Piñas, Parañaque): Free transport
0–80km: ₱2,000–₱4,000
81km and above: ₱4,000+
Client handles meals, entrance fees, permits, and accommodations (if needed).

c. Bad Weather
If it rains and we're already at the location, the shoot will continue—mostly indoors for safety and to protect the gear. If bad weather is forecasted, you can cancel and reschedule the day before (subject to availability).

VIII. EVENT DAY COVERAGE

Our team arrives 6 hours before the ceremony. Need us earlier? Overtime charges apply at ₱2,000/hour. For morning weddings (5 AM – 11 AM), there's an additional ₱8,000 fee. If we go beyond the 12-hour coverage, ₱4,000/hour will be charged.

IX. CREW MEALS

Please include our team in your headcount for meals or provide meal allowance:

Metro Manila: ₱1,000/head
Outside Metro Manila: ₱1,200/head
If choosing the allowance option, it must be given before the event day.

X. ON-SITE VIDEO EDITING

If our On-Site video presentation fails (and it's not due to power issues, weather, or similar uncontrollable reasons), we’ll refund 10% of the total package that included On-Site editing.

XI. POST-WEDDING DELIVERABLES

A. Copying Files
You can bring your own USB, hard drive, or laptop to get your files after the event. If not, we’ll upload them to a gallery within 7–10 days.

B. Albums

Layout starts only after you send your chosen photos.
- 20-page album: up to 100 photos
- 40-page album: up to 200 photos
We’ll send the layout for your approval.
Extra pages: ₱1,000/page
Layout will be ready in 60–90 days after you send us the photos (90–120 days for Dec/Jan weddings).
If you don’t send your picks within 3 months, We have the option to select the photos, layout and print without your approval.
One-time revision only; additional revisions are ₱1,000 each.
Parent albums are smaller versions of the main album.
Final printed albums ready for pickup within 90–150 days after approval.

C. Wedding Portrait
Choose one photo for printing. This will be ready at the same time as the album.

D. Edited Video

Ready in 4–6 months
Submit your song choices before the event. If not, we’ll choose for you (and might not use your suggestions later on).

XII. POSTNUP PICTORIAL / PHOTOSHOOT

Creative portraits usually happen between the ceremony and reception. Please allocate 30 minutes to 1 hour for this. It’s essential for those stunning shots we post online. If this time isn’t given, we can't promise the same quality. Post-reception pictorials are not allowed unless you’re okay with a ₱2,000 overtime fee.

XIII. VALIDITY

If any part of this agreement becomes invalid or unenforceable, the rest of it stays in effect and will still apply as written.
